Venue Rental

We have a beautiful industrial chic studio that spans 2,100 square feet. It can be rented for various types of events such as: engagement parties, baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, workshops, networking mixers, and styled shoots.

We can accommodate 60 to 80 people for cocktail parties (with mixed seating) and 25-30 people for sit-down affairs and workshops.

Studio Rental is $250/hour with a two (2) hour minimum. Please note that time should be accounted for set-up and break-down of the event (i.e. if the event is from 2pm - 5pm and you need an hour to set-up and an hour to break-down, it would be 5-hour rental time frame). Rentals may not go past midnight. All events require an additional cleaning fee of $150.00 and a credit card on file used strictly for incidentals.

Note that all the furniture you see in the studio comes with your rental. However, if you require additional furniture or decor, you may rent them. We would be happy to provide referrals to local party rental companies based on your rental needs.

AV equipment in the studio is also included in your rental. We have 4 monitors (2 in the front and 2 in the back), an overhead projector, and an audio system that plays music from an MP3 player, phone, or Pandora.

For any other services (i.e. catering, DJ, florist, etc.), please note that our members are our preferred vendors.

To secure the date, you will need to sign an agreement and pay a retainer.
